Refund policy

At WILD + WELL, we want you to absolutely love everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with tags and original packaging intact.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Digital/downloadable products

Perishable or custom-made items

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items. Just contact us within the return window to get started.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Hello@wildandwell.vip with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping your return back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
