Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard delivery times range from 5–10 business days within the U.S. and 10–20 business days for international orders. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied by their country. WILD + WELL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

WILD + WELL is not liable for packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
